What happens past my quota?

We keep every event and hide the extra until you upgrade. You never get a surprise bill.

Do I need a card to start?

Not for Free. Starter's 30-day trial takes a card, and AI builds unlock with the first payment.

What if a payment fails?

Your plan keeps running for 7 days while the card is retried. Nothing is deleted.

How does annual billing work?

You pay for 10 months and get 12.

Can I pay for extra events instead of upgrading?

Yes, on Pro and Scale: $6 per million on Pro, $4 on Scale. You set a monthly cap.

Who handles payments?

Our payment providers, as merchant of record, so tax is handled for you. Refunds
