The service
simpledatalogs stores and charts the events and logs your apps send, within your plan's limits.
It is run by XKD Labs (OPC) Private Limited, Innov8 Aerocity, Asset 5A, JW Marriott Hotel, IGI Airport, South West Delhi, Delhi 110037, India.
Your part
You must be 18 or older; if you sign up for a business, you accept these terms for it.
Send only data you may lawfully share with us, and tell your users about it. Keep your keys safe; you are responsible for what is sent with them. Don't use the service to attack, overload or probe others.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to run the service for you, as the privacy and data processing pages describe.
Plans and payment
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled; a year costs ten months. Starter's one-month trial takes a card and is charged when it ends, unless cancelled before. Past your monthly quota, newer events are stored but hidden until you upgrade. Past twice the quota, new events are refused until the next month.
On Pro and Scale you may switch on extra events, billed after each month at the listed price, never above the cap you set. Payments and taxes are handled by our payment providers, as merchant of record where they offer it.
Availability
We work to keep ingest accepting events and never to drop an accepted one. The service is provided as is, without a guaranteed uptime unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits.
Ending
You can cancel at any time in Billing; a paid plan runs to the end of its period, then becomes Free. You can delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice when we can give it.
Changes
We email account owners 30 days before important changes; using the service after that means you accept them.
Law
These terms follow the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi decide any dispute.
