- The trial is free; cancel before it ends and nothing is charged.
- The window covers the first payment of a new plan, monthly or yearly.
- Renewals are not refunded; cancelling stops the next one.
- A charge for extra events we billed by mistake is always refunded.
- Refunds go back to the card or account that paid.
- Where your local law gives you more, it applies.
